全军医院,在各级党委的领导下,从1960年经过整院和贯彻执行军委批转总后勤部党委《关于全军医院工作会议的报告》以来,特别是贯彻执行1961年7月中央《关于自然科学工作中若干政策问题的批示》和聶荣臻同志向中央的《请示报告》以来,工作向前进了一大步,成绩显著,呈现出一个新的面貌。突出的表现是:进一步贯彻了医院工作方针,以医疗为中心的思想比以前更为明确;调动了医务人员的积极性,活跃了学术空气;加强了党委对业务的领导,抓紧了医疗工作,重视了技术建设;医疗质量逐步提高,医疗事故显著减少。成绩是肯定的、主要的,但也还存在着一些问题和缺点,需要继续认真地研究解决。

The results are affirmative and major, but there are still some problems and shortcomings that need to be seriously studied and resolved.
