饮食不当可诱发多种疾病,高血压便是其中之一。我国目前约2亿人患有高血压病,且低龄化趋势明显。对于高血压患者而言,吃营养又健康的食物对控制血压十分重要。三餐“343”要控制好血压,首先要规律三餐。人一天的营养需要大概是:粮食300~400克,鱼肉、蛋类100克,大豆制品100克,牛奶或豆浆250克,新鲜蔬菜(其中一半为有色蔬菜)
