红外制导导弹已经过30多年的发展历程,如今已对飞机构成严重威胁。例如,英、阿马岛战争中,英国“海鹞”战斗机共发射27枚“响尾蛇”空对空红外制导导弹,除3枚因发射系统故障而失效以外,其余24枚全部命中阿根廷飞机。因此,各国正在积极研制和装备各种红外干扰器材,其中最主要的是红外曳光弹。这就迫使导弹设计师们在现代先进红外制导导弹中采用各种对抗曳光弹的技术和装置。
Infrared guided missiles have been in development for more than 30 years and now pose a serious threat to the aircraft. For example, during the British and Amaki warfare, a total of 27 “Sidewinder” air-to-air infrared guided missiles were fired by the British “Sea Goblet” fighters. All three of them hit Argentine aircraft, except three that failed due to a launch system failure. Therefore, various countries are actively developing and equipping various infrared interference devices, of which the most important one is the infrared tracer. This has forced missile designers to employ a variety of techniques and devices to combat tracer in modern advanced infrared guided missiles.
