应用免疫组织化学技术和放射自显影技术等研究了在培养基中添加淫羊藿注射液和提高葡萄糖浓度对新生大白鼠胰岛β─细胞增殖的影响。结果显示:添加2%或4%(V/V)淫羊藿注射液和将葡萄糖浓度由11mM提高到20mM,可使β─细胞的 ̄3H─TdR核标记率增高;但将葡萄糖浓度进一步提高到29mM时,β─细胞的 ̄3H─TdR核标记率不但不随之增高反而下降。文中对这些结果进行了讨论。
Immunohistochemistry and autoradiography were used to study the effects of Epimedium injection in culture medium and increase of glucose concentration on islet β-cell proliferation in neonatal rats. The results showed that adding 2% or 4% (V/V) epimedium injection and increasing the glucose concentration from 11 mM to 20 mM can increase the nuclear marker rate of β-cells with the 3H-TdR nuclear marker, but further increase the glucose concentration. At 29 mM, the ̄3H-TdR nuclear labeling rate of β-cells not only did not increase but increased. The results of these discussions are discussed in the article.
