目的:探讨P53蛋白和nm23蛋白表达产物二磷酸核苷酸(NDPK)的表达及与肿瘤浸润转移的临床意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学染色方法,对5例卵巢良性上皮肿瘤,5例交界性上皮肿瘤,24例卵巢上皮癌组织的P53和nm23进行检测.结果:P53和nm23在良性,交界性,卵巢癌Ⅲ期,卵巢癌Ⅳ组中表达率分别为0,0,45%和46%,40%,41%,54%和23%,在卵巢上皮癌Ⅲ期中,nm23在没有淋巴结转移组中表达83%(5/6),淋巴结转移组中表达20%(1/5)差异显著(P〈0。01),而P53在没有淋巴结转移组中表达50%3/6),与有淋巴结转移40%(2/5)无显著差异.结论:提示P53过表达在卵巢上皮癌的浸润和增殖中起重要作用,与淋巴转移没有明显关系.nm23低表达在卵巢上皮癌转移中起了至关重要的作用,而与癌组织表面种植及局部扩散关系不显著.
Objective: To investigate the expression of P53 protein and nm23 protein and its clinical significance in tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect P53 and nm23 in 5 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumors, 5 cases of borderline epithelial tumors and 24 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results: The expression rates of P53 and nm23 were 0, 0, 45% and 46%, 40%, 41%, 54% and 23% in the benign, borderline, stage Ⅲ ovarian cancer and stage Ⅳ ovarian cancer respectively. In the stage of cancer Ⅲ, nm23 expression was 83% (5/6) in lymph node metastasis group and 20% (1/5) in lymph node metastasis group (P <0.01), while there was no difference in the expression of nm23 in lymph node metastasis group Expressed 50% 3/6), no significant difference with lymph node metastasis 40% (2/5). Conclusion: It is suggested that P53 overexpression plays an important role in the invasion and proliferation of epithelial ovarian cancer and has no obvious relationship with lymphatic metastasis. The low expression of nm23 plays a crucial role in the metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer, but has no significant relationship with the surface proliferation and spread of cancer tissue.
