张×,24岁,住院号37076。于1984年4月17日以孕2产。孕38周伴不规则宫缩入院。患者末次月经1983年7月22日,预产期1984年4月29日。停经40余天后有早妊反应,妊娠4个月开始感胎动,且腹部增大迅速,宫底达脐平。于怀孕4个月期间曾有下腹部疼痛史,未治自愈。孕28周后子宫大小与妊娠月份相符。既往有肾盂肾炎病史。家族中无多胎妊娠史。入院检查,宫底高27cm,腹围88cm,胎位呈枕左前位。
