2010年11月15日,道通置业总经理盛峰应邀参加了在上海举行的中国住建部A级住宅性能认定颁奖典礼。由道通置业开发的山水泉城·南城获得了“中国住建部AA级住宅性能认定项目”殊荣。这既是道通置业的一大喜事,也是整个济南地产界的重大喜讯,因为山水泉城·南城是2010年度济南地区唯——家荣获“中国住建部AA级住宅性能认定”的项目。
On November 15, 2010, Sheng Sheng, general manager of Tao Tong, was invited to attend the Award Ceremony of Class A Residential Performance Recognition Ceremony held by China Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in Shanghai. Spring City, Nancheng, developed by Daotong Real Estate, won the title of AA-level Residential Performance Recognition Project of China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. This is not only a happy event for Tao Tong, but also a great news for the entire real estate industry in Jinan. As a result, Spring Springs and Nancheng are the only projects in Jinan in 2010 that won the AA Performance Assessment of China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
