一、引言中国自1979年实行改革开放政策以来,生产有了很大发展,产业结构不断调整,各业用地比例随之变化。特别是近年耕地面积减少,大宗作物种植面积波动,已引起普遍关注。应用图像处理技术,从不同时相的遥感卫星图像中提取变化信息,以便及时准确地掌握这种变化情况,对指导土地资源合理利用,促进生态环境良性循环,保证国民经济健康发展都具有重要意义。为此我们在河北省南皮县开展试验研究。
I. INTRODUCTION Since China adopted the policy of reform and opening up in 1979, its production has greatly developed. The industrial structure has been constantly adjusted and the proportion of various industries and land changed accordingly. In particular, the decrease in arable land area in recent years and the fluctuation in the area planted with staple crops have drawn widespread attention. The application of image processing technology to extract change information from remotely sensed satellite images of different phases in order to timely and accurately grasp the changes is of great significance in guiding the rational utilization of land resources, promoting the virtuous circle of ecological environment and ensuring the healthy development of the national economy . To this end we carry out pilot studies in Nanpi County, Hebei Province.
