“普高热”的不断升温,使中等职业学校学生的整体素质出现了下降趋势。相当一部分学生有厌学、抽烟、恋网、打架等不良行为习惯,甚至有学生走上了违法犯罪道路:赌博、吸毒、偷窃、抢劫。作为中等职业学校的班主任,如何以德育为首,营造良好的育人环境,笔者从三点谈了自己的看法。
