记:我们可不可以认为,志愿者精神也是一种新时期的雷锋精神?夏:志愿者精神和传统的雷锋精神是一致的,一脉相承的,都是以为人民服务为核心价值。志愿者(Volunteer),在港台地区又叫义工,从社会工作教育的角度讲,这个概念虽然是西方舶来品,但它的助人自助理念与我国古代守望相助精神是相通的,守望相助是中华民族传统优秀文化的组成部分。比如在《周礼》中就有邻里“出入相友、守望相助”的记载。到了宋朝,就出现了社会救助的制度,例如,宋朝有救济穷人的《乞丐法》:“凡鳏、寡、孤独、癃老、疾废、贫乏不能自存应居养者,以户绝屋居之,无则居以官屋,以户绝财产充其费,不限月依乞丐法给米豆,不足则给以常平息钱。” Reporter: Can we think that the spirit of volunteers is also a new era of Lei Feng spirit?
