1987～1988年间共诊断股癣患者256例,真菌镜检和培养阳性者112例(43.75%),其中致病菌为红色毛癣菌和石膏样毛癣菌者95例(84.82%)。这两种真菌所致股癣的临床表现极为相似,如(1)多发于夏季(6～9月),病损限于鼠蹊部,单侧或双侧;(2)初发病损以丘疹或丘疱疹为主,疹顶脱屑并向外扩展成斑片或环状,色暗红;(3)小片病损可融合成大片或弧形,境界清楚,病损内外可有不同程度的色素沉着;(4)瘙痒感显
A total of 256 cases of tinea corporis were diagnosed between 1987 and 1988, and 112 cases (43.75%) were positive for fungal microscopy and culture positive. Among them, 95 (84.82%) were pathogen Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes. The clinical manifestations of tinea corporis caused by these two fungi are very similar, such as (1) Occur in the summer (June to September), the lesions are limited to the groin, unilateral or bilateral; (2) Herpes-based, rash top desquamation and outward expansion into patches or ring, dark red; (3) small lesions can be integrated into large or curved, the realm of clear, lesions can have varying degrees of pigmentation ; (4) itching was significant
