直接比色测定钒产品中微量硅、磷、钼时,钒的干扰十分严重。本文试验了大孔型国产743阳离子交换树脂分离大量钒和微量杂质的条件,测定了树脂交换分离的有关参数。利用亚硫酸作还原剂将V(V)还原至V(Ⅳ),V(Ⅳ)在低酸度下留在树脂上,而硅、磷、钼吸附较少,用较小体积的0.1N盐酸洗提即可定量分离。方法简便,适用于冶金工艺中五氧化二钒产品中微量硅、磷、钼的测定,分析数据采用标准加入法和平行法进行了对照,结果比较满意。
Direct colorimetric determination of trace amounts of silicon in vanadium products, phosphorus, molybdenum, vanadium interference is very serious. In this paper, the conditions for the separation of a large amount of vanadium and trace impurities from a large-pore Chinese-made 743 cation exchange resin were studied, and the relevant parameters of resin exchange separation were measured. V (V) is reduced to V (IV) using sulfurous acid as a reducing agent, while V (IV) remains on the resin at low acidity, whereas silicon, phosphorus and molybdenum are less adsorbed and washed with a smaller volume of 0.1 N hydrochloric acid Mention can be quantitatively separated. The method is simple and convenient, and is suitable for the determination of trace amounts of silicon, phosphorus and molybdenum in vanadium pentoxide products in the metallurgical process. The analysis data are compared with the standard addition method and the parallel method, and the results are satisfactory.
