尽管人们对于冲裁间隙的研究、间隙值的选择及静态时模具周边间隙的均匀问题都很重视,对怎样尽量减小和消除冲裁时动态间隙的不均匀性,人们也采用了浮动模柄、滚珠导柱导套、在卸料板上采用小导柱导套及卸料板对凸模导向等办法。由于种种原因,在工作中使得凸模相对凹模产生位移,使本来在钳工校模时已经均匀的周边间隙发生变化,造成动态间隙不均,在间隙小的地方凸、凹模磨损加剧,制件断面质量下降,毛刺增大,从而使模具早期报废。
