绝经后出血临床上并不少见,如何正确对待本症,做到正确诊断,正确处理甚为必要。应该引起临床医生的重视。本文收集了我院1986·6～1990·7,4年间在我科以绝经后出血120例住院患者资料。结合文献分析讨论如下。临床资料本组120例均为自然绝经一年以上阴道流血。经诊断性刮宫,宫颈及阴道组织活检以及手术切除组织标本病理检查。诊断明确。一、年龄:年龄45～84岁,≥50岁者106例(88.33％)。≤49岁以下者14例(11.67％),平均绝经年龄49.6岁。
Clinical bleeding after menopause is not uncommon, how to treat this disease correctly, so that the correct diagnosis, the correct treatment is necessary. Should attract the attention of clinicians. This article collected in our hospital 1986.6 ~ 1990.7, 4 years in our department to 120 cases of post-menopausal bleeding inpatients. Combined with the literature analysis discussed below. Clinical data 120 cases of this group are more than one year of natural vaginal bleeding. After the diagnosis of curettage, cervical and vaginal biopsy and surgical removal of tissue specimens pathological examination. Diagnosis is clear. First, the age: 45 to 84 years old, ≥ 50 years old in 106 cases (88.33%). 14 patients (49.6 years) ≤ 14 years old (11.67%), mean age of 49.6 years.
