中枢神经系统细菌性感染出现脑炎是罕见的,有时仅能看到由结核菌,李司忒菌引起脑炎的报道。作者报道1例由F组溶血性链球菌引起的细菌性脑膜脑炎。患者,男15岁,以发热,发音障碍为主诉而就诊。查体见运动失调,脑神经麻痹,意识障碍,脑脊液细胞数增加,头部CT检查有脑水肿,诊断为脑膜脑炎。入院时,血培养为微需氧性链球菌,而脑脊液,咽部及其它部位细菌培养均未发现致病菌。
Encephalitis is rare in bacterial infections of the central nervous system, and sometimes only encephalitis is reported by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Listeria. The authors reported 1 case of bacterial meningoencephalitis caused by Group F hemolytic streptococcus. Patients, male 15 years old, with fever, dysphonia as the main complaint and treatment. Check the body movement disorder, cerebral palsy, disturbance of consciousness, increase in cerebrospinal fluid cells, head CT examination of brain edema, diagnosis of meningoencephalitis. At admission, blood cultures were Streptococcus aerodiolyticus, and no pathogens were found in bacterial cultures of cerebrospinal fluid, pharynx and other parts.
