卵泡穿刺术作为一种生殖领域的常用治疗手段,具有操作简便、疗效确切、安全、经济等优点。卵泡穿刺技术可改善患者内分泌系统的异常,减少基础窦卵泡计数,提高卵巢的排卵率和妊娠率,并能增加难治性多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的排卵和受孕机会,预防卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)和多胎妊娠等。近几年来,卵泡穿刺术被广泛应用于女性生殖系统疾病的治疗。
Follicular aspiration is a commonly used treatment in reproductive field, with the advantages of simple operation, exact curative effect, safety and economy. Follicular puncture technique can improve the abnormality of endocrine system in patients, reduce counting of basal antral follicles, increase ovary ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, and increase ovulation and conception chance in patients with refractory polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and prevent ovarian hyperstimulation Stimulation Syndrome (OHSS) and multiple pregnancies. In recent years, follicular puncture is widely used in the treatment of female reproductive system diseases.
