手风琴与钢琴、电子琴、风琴统称“键盘乐器” ,但它主要特征是键钮。手风琴从发明、贝司排列、制造、演变及后来到我国的普及经过了许许多多的变革与进步。当前 ,全世界的手风琴各种系统、键钮排列及演奏法 ,仍在继续发展 ,但有关这方面的理论研究工作还较薄弱 ,本文以史料为基础进行分析 ,主要叙述了手风琴的发展、键钮排列的演变
