利用我国的模拟核爆装置(CFBR-Ⅱ堆),进行辐照小麦干种子生物学效应研究。经过CFBR-Ⅱ堆以中子为主(92.9%),γ射线为辅(7.1%)的混合辐射场处理的种子,在自由基浓度及M1代幼苗形态性状上均表现出明显的生理损伤效应。模拟核爆处理种子的相对生物学效应比普通γ射线辐照处理提高近40倍;自由基浓度测定结果表明,模拟核爆处理中的中子和γ射线,在生理损伤上存在较强的交互作用
Using the simulated nuclear explosive device (CFBR-Ⅱ reactor) in our country, the biological effects of irradiated wheat dry seeds were studied. The seeds treated by the mixed radiation field of the CFBR-Ⅱ reactor with the main neutrons (92.9%) and the γ-rays supplemented (7.1%) showed obvious effects on the free radical concentration and the morphological characters of M1 seedlings Physiological damage effect. The relative biological effects of simulated nuclear explosion seeds were nearly 40 times higher than that of normal γ-ray irradiation. The results of free radical concentration showed that there was a strong interaction between neutron and γ-ray in simulated nuclear explosion treatment effect
