目的:研究异槲皮苷在玻碳电极上的伏安行为,建立测定异槲皮苷含量的一种新的电化学分析方法。方法:样品用50%(V/V)甲醇溶液溶解,在含0.1mol·L-1KCl的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法研究异槲皮苷在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,利用差分脉冲伏安法对其含量进行测定。结果:异槲皮苷在3×10-7mol·L-1~2×10-5mol.L-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限为1×10-7mol·L-1,相对标准偏差为4.8%。结论:建立了异槲皮苷的电化学检测方法。与高效液相色谱法比较,本文方法简单、快速、灵敏。
Objective: To study the voltammetric behavior of isoquercitrin at glassy carbon electrode and establish a new electrochemical method for the determination of isoquercitrin. Methods: The sample was dissolved in 50% (V / V) methanol solution. The electrochemical behavior of isoquercetin at glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry in Britton-Robinson buffer containing 0.1 mol·L-1 KCl , Using differential pulse voltammetry determination of its content. Results: The isoquercitrin showed a good linearity in the range of 3 × 10-7mol·L-1 ~ 2 × 10-5mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 1 × 10-7mol·L-1 and a relative standard deviation of 4.8%. Conclusion: The electrochemical detection of isoquercitrin was established. Compared with high performance liquid chromatography, this method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
