经皮硬化栓塞术治疗精索静脉曲张时,液体硬化剂的流动比较难控制,对有重要变异血管的精索静脉曲张尚不能施行。从1991年3月～1994年6月,我们使用自制的同轴导管,在精索静脉远端施行经皮硬化栓塞术,初步控制了硬化剂在精索静脉内的流动范围,有效地提高了硬化剂治疗的安全性,现报告如下。
