目的 :对 3种中空纤维膜细胞培养器 (下将细胞培养器省去 )微生物培养进行实验观察。方法 :1 .对 3种中空纤维膜培养活肠链球菌最佳生长时间的试验及其菌体生长特性比较。 2 .对中空纤维聚砜膜 ( PS)培养活肠链球菌最适生长时间、温度 p H的试验。结果 :1 . 3种不同中空纤维膜培养活肠链球菌最佳生长时间为 1 8h。中空纤维聚砜膜、聚丙烯腈膜 ( PAN)培养活肠链球菌检测牛奶凝固良好 ,中空聚偏氟乙烯膜 ( PVDF)牛奶凝固不完全。2 .中空纤维聚砜膜活肠链球菌最适生长时间为 1 8h,最适生长温度为 35℃~ 37℃ ,最适 p H6.0。结论 :1 .3种中空纤维膜培养微生物是可行的。 2 .活肠链球菌在 3种中空纤维膜上生长条件和药典要求一致
OBJECTIVE: To observe the culture of three kinds of hollow fiber membrane cell culture device (under the cell culture device omitted). The best growth time of Streptococcus Intestinal Streptococci cultured on three kinds of hollow fiber membranes and their growth characteristics were compared. The optimum growth time and temperature p H of Streptococcus Intestinalis cultured on hollow fiber polysulfone membrane (PS). Results: 1.3 different kinds of hollow fiber membrane culture of Streptococcus Intestinal Streptococcus optimum growth time of 18h. Hollow fiber polysulfone membrane, polyacrylonitrile membrane (PAN) culture of Streptococcus Intestinal Streptococcus detection of milk solidification, hollow polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF) milk coagulation is not complete. 2. Hollow fiber polysulfone membrane of Streptococcus Intestinal Streptococcus optimum growth time of 1 8h, the optimum growth temperature of 35 ℃ ~ 37 ℃, the optimum p H6.0. Conclusion: 1.3 kinds of hollow fiber membrane culture of microorganisms is feasible. 2.
