目前,我国金属矿山普遍采用机械控制的自动水幕。它有其固有的缺点,如控制距离有限(最大4～5米)、机构复杂、巷道拐弯处和斜巷中不能使用等。为此,黑色冶金矿山研究院与龙烟铁矿协作,研究试制了遮挡式电动自动水幕,初步使用表明效果良好。该水幕由放射状喷雾器及其上的电动遮水罩,延时继电器和控制接点等组成。图1 为放射状喷雾器及其上的电动遮水罩。放射状喷雾器由六个漩流型小喷雾器组成,每个小喷雾器
