目的 评价CT扫描在种植义齿术前设计中的应用价值。方法 拟作种植义齿患者 2 4例 ,术前行CT扫描 ,根据轴面断层和全景图像显示 ,测得颌骨和牙槽骨的各断面距离及毗邻解剖形态。结果 精确显示拟种植区颌骨和牙槽骨的实际高度与厚度 ,显示下牙槽神经管及颏孔、上颌窦及鼻腔的解剖位置。结论 CT扫描对种植义齿术前设计及预后评估具有重要意义和推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT scanning in preoperative implant denture design. Methods Twenty-four patients with implant denture were enrolled in this study. CT scan was performed preoperatively, and the cross-sectional distances and adjacent anatomical shapes of the jaw and alveolar bone were measured according to the axial and panoramic images. The results accurately show the actual height and thickness of the jaw and alveolar bone in the area to be planted, and show the anatomic location of the lower alveolar nerve canal and the mental foramen, maxillary sinus and nasal cavity. Conclusion CT scan has important significance and popularization value for the preoperative design and prognosis evaluation of implant denture.
