本文主要是通过对农民工权益受损的现状的分析,指出其内在的深层次原因,并结合英国工厂法逐步完善的经验给出现阶段保护农民工合法权益的几点建议。
This article mainly analyzes the status quo of the loss of peasant workers' rights and interests, points out its intrinsic and deep-seated reasons, and gives some advice on how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of peasant workers in the light of the gradual improvement of British factory law.
