职中生学困辍学的原因是多方面的,如学习压力大、自卑感强、自制力差、就业升学压力大,等等。对此应采取有效措施,深入学生生活,及时掌握各种动态,加强心理健康教育,引导他们正确地自我定位,加强学校与家庭的沟通,突出职业中学的学办学特色,建立科学的评价体系,通过这些措施来转化当前职中生学困辍学的弊病。
