2015.11.15 Dear Leader, Ladies and Gentlemen, Good evening! Tonight, we gathered here to celebrate the success of the International Forum on Special Equipment Security. On behalf of AQSIQ, I extend my highest respect to all the leaders and distinguished guests attending the reception. I would like to extend my warmest condolences to all the comrades working in the special field of national special equipment safety and to those who once made contributions to the safety of special equipment.
