针对我国铝土矿的特点,对铝土矿的湿法预处理进行了研究。在一定碱浓度下,高苛性比(176)或低苛性比 (3.0)铝酸钠溶液预处理中等品位铝土矿后,溶液中二氧化硅浓度较高.温度和液固比对精矿品位、脱硅率及溶液的稳定性有较大的影响.实验结果也表明,精矿与原矿中一水硬铝石的结构没有发生明显变化,可采用现有的拜尔法工艺流程进行氧化铝生产.
According to the characteristics of bauxite in our country, the wet pretreatment of bauxite was studied. Concentrations of silica in the solution were higher after the medium grade bauxite was pretreated with a high caustic ratio (176) or a low caustic (3.0) sodium aluminate solution at a certain alkali concentration. Temperature and liquid to solid ratio of concentrate grade, desilication rate and the stability of the solution has a greater impact. The experimental results also show that there is no obvious change in the structure of diaspore in concentrate and ore, and the existing Bayer process can be used to produce alumina.
