硼的极谱催化波、吸附波,迄今未见公开资料报导。本文发现、在 pH3.5—4.5的NH_4AC-HAC 缓冲溶液中,硼与铍试剂Ⅲ可形成一种1:1的稳定的电活性络合物。此络合物于-0.46V(vsSCE)处产生一个非常灵敏的极谱波峰,波形稳定正常,检测下限可达0.004μg/ml。在0.004—0.4μg/ml 范围内,波高与浓度呈良好直线关系。机理研究表明,硼—铍试剂Ⅲ络合物的极谱波系吸附波。拟定了土壤样品中有效硼和全硼测定的操作手续。方法简便、快速、准确。测定了部份土壤标样中的全硼含量,结果良好。
Polarographic catalytic wave of boron, adsorption wave, so far no public information reported. It is found that boron and beryllium reagent III can form a 1: 1 stable electroactive complex in pH 3.5-4.5 NH_4AC-HAC buffer solution. The complex produced a very sensitive polarographic peak at -0.46V (vsSCE) with a stable and normal waveform with a detection limit of 0.004μg / ml. In the range of 0.004-0.4μg / ml, wave height and concentration showed a good linear relationship. Mechanism studies show that the polarographic wave of the boron-beryllium reagent complex III is adsorbed. Work procedures for the determination of available boron and total boron in soil samples were prepared. The method is simple, fast and accurate. The content of total boron in some soil samples was measured and the result was good.
