■为切实解决包括小企业、个体工商户和农户在内的“小个农”融资难问题,今年5月安徽省政府出台了《关于进一步加强对小企业个体工商户和农户金融服务的意见》,推出22条含金量很高的政策措施。最近,安徽省决定一次性从省财政中拿出30余亿元建立覆盖全省各县市的小企业贷款风险补偿基金、担保基金和创新基金。
■ In order to effectively solve the financing problem of “small farmers” including small businesses, individual industrial and commercial households and farmers, in May this year, Anhui Provincial Government promulgated the “Circular on Further Strengthening the Financial Services for Individual Business Households and Farmers in Small Enterprises Opinions ”, introduced 22 high gold policy measures. Recently, Anhui Province decided to take out more than 3 billion yuan from the provincial finance at one time to establish a small enterprise loan risk compensation fund, a guarantee fund and an innovation fund covering all the cities and counties in the province.
