患者,男性,33岁,因被铁棒击中中上腹后腹痛30小时来诊。6年前患“乙肝”至今,1月前反复出现上腹部疼痛不适,在当地医院诊断为“胰腺炎”,服药后缓解,嗜烟酒。B超检查,肝右叶不大,包膜完整,肝实质回声略显粗糙。肝左外叶上段后外部见一7.2×6.5×5.0cm不规则稍强回声团,边缘回声低,并有不规则的液性暗区包绕,肝周
The patient, male, 33 years old, was diagnosed with a 30-hour abdominal pain after being hit by an iron bar. 6 years ago suffering from “hepatitis B” so far, repeated 1 month before the epigastric pain discomfort, diagnosed as “pancreatitis” in the local hospital, relieved after taking drugs, addicted to tobacco and alcohol. B-ultrasound examination revealed that the right lobe of the liver was not large, the capsule was intact, and the echo of liver parenchyma was slightly rough. After the upper left hepatic lobe, a 7.2×6.5×5.0 cm irregularly strong echo group was seen on the outside of the upper part of the left upper lobe. The echo of the margin was low, and there were irregular liquid dark areas surrounding the liver.
