扑海因属广谱性杀菌剂,对葡萄孢属、核盘菌、念珠菌、镰刀菌均能有效地控制。为明确扑海因在香蕉保鲜期间的残留动态,法国罗纳普朗克公司委托我们进行了本试验。材料与方法扑海因25%悬浮剂(法国产),商品名为Rovral FLO。(一)试验设计1988—1989年分别在广州及广西梧州两地进行试验。选用无损伤香蕉,用扑海因25%悬浮剂250、125倍液分别浸果2分钟,晾干后用半透性塑料袋包装,在通风背光处贮藏,每处理25公斤蕉,重复3次,其中125倍处理浸果后1小时,1、4、10、15、20、25、30天分别取样测定蕉皮、蕉肉残留量,250倍浸果后4、10、15、20、25、30天测定蕉肉残留量。
Loach genus broad-spectrum fungicide, Botrytis, Sclerotinia, Candida, Fusarium can effectively control. In order to clarify the residual dynamics of pomegranate during the preservation of bananas, France Rhône-Poulenc entrusted us with this test. Materials and Methods Pfizer 25% suspending agent (made in France) under the trade name Rovral FLO. (I) Experimental Design Experiments were conducted in Guangzhou and Guangxi Wuzhou from 1988 to 1989 respectively. Use non-destructive bananas, flooding 250, 125 times with 25% suspending agent of PuHaine for 2 minutes respectively, dry them and then pack them in semipermeable plastic bags, store in ventilated back light, handle 25 kg of banana for every 3 times , 1 hour after the treatment of 125 times immersion fruit, 1, 4, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 days were sampled for determination of banana peel, banana meat residues, 250 times immersed 4,10,15,20,25 , 30-day determination of banana meat residues.
