金秋十月,来自新加坡、荷兰、美国、英国和中国大陆与香港等国家及地区化工储运业、港口、铁路、汽车、金融、商检、海关等62个单位的80多名专家聚会申城,参加中国港口协会和新加坡管理技术中心于10月15日到16日联合举办的“第二届中国化工储运与分拨国际研讨会”.交通部水运管理司和化工部供销总公司都派专家参会.与会中外专家围绕化工储运与分拨这一主题,共发表学术论文17篇(中方9篇、外方8篇),参观了上海浦东外高桥保税区、港务公司和中外合资乐意海运仓储公司的石油储运设施及其码头装卸作业.会议重点研讨了中国化工市场投资及基础设施建设,危险货物运输管理及规章制度,化工储运网络的建立及其有效运作,支持保障系统的服务、监管、税收等专题.会议开得紧凑而富有成效.
