研究出一种新的自适用的烧结燃料配比优化模型。该模型主要包括:燃料与返矿的自适应模型、烧结状态模糊调节燃料配比模型以及两模型相结合的控制流程三个部分。该模型在新余钢等多家烧结厂应用后,取得了良好的效果,优化了燃料配比,稳定了烧结生产状况。
A new adaptive optimization model of sintering fuel was developed. The model mainly includes three parts: the adaptive model of fuel and return to the mine, the model of the fuel ratio of the fuzzy state adjustment of the sintering state and the control flow combining the two models. After the application of Xinyu Steel and many other sintering plants, the model has achieved good results, optimized the fuel ratio and stabilized the sintering production.
