随着我国经济的不断发展,房地产行业已成为我国经济的一个重要支柱产业,对我国的经济发展有着重要的作用。在竞争日益激烈的房地产行业中,房地产开发项目的工程管理也变得越来越重要。然而现目前房地产的开发项目在工程管理方面存在着很多问题,严重阻碍了房地产行业的发展。本文对现目前房地产行业在工程管理方面存在的问题进行了分析研究,并提出了可行性的对策,对房地产开发项目中的工程管理有一定的帮助。
With the continuous development of our economy, the real estate industry has become an important pillar industry in our country and plays an important role in the economic development of our country. In the increasingly competitive real estate industry, project management of real estate development projects is also becoming more and more important.
