目的以提高大功率车用发动机的动力性、经济性和排放性能为目的,对电控高压喷油器进行开发设计和实验研究.方法采用中压油源,由系统内部增压器来产生理想喷射所需的高压;通过蓄压装置和高速电磁开关阀控制喷油正时.结果实验表明:最高喷油压力达124MPa;喷油规律的控制不受发动机转速影响,在系统结构和供油压力确定不变的条件下,完全由高速电磁开关阀的控制信号决定.结论车用发动机电控高压喷油器实现了高压喷射和喷油规律的电子控制.
Objective To improve the power, economy and emission performance of high-power car engine, the development and design of the high-pressure fuel injector and experimental research. The method adopts the medium-pressure oil source, and the supercharger inside the system generates the high pressure required for the ideal injection. The fuel injection timing is controlled by the pressure storage device and the high-speed electromagnetic on-off valve. The experimental results show that the maximum injection pressure reaches 124MPa. The control of fuel injection law is not affected by the engine speed. Under the condition that the system structure and fuel supply pressure remain the same, the control signal of the high speed solenoid valve is completely determined. Conclusion The automotive engine electronically controlled high-pressure injector realizes the electronic control of high-pressure injection and injection.
