经全国“百千万人才工程”领导小组审定,今年共有397名优秀青年专家成为第二批“百千万人才工程”第一,二层次人选。至此,全国“百千万人才工程”人选的总人数已达到1077名。 袁晓铭博士1963年3月生于吉林省长春市,现任中国地震局工程力学研究所研究员,岩土工程研究室主任。 袁晓铭于1984年毕业于吉林大学数学系力学专业,1987年和1994年于中国地震局工程力学研究所研究生毕业,先后获硕士和博士学位,1994年至1996年在哈尔滨建筑大学博士后流动站工作。 袁晓铭的研究成果主要有:解决了凸起区域弹性波散射难题,给出了目前国际上仅有的两个精确解,与廖振鹏院土及门福录研究员分别合作,其成果已发表在国际地震工程学会会刊《地震工程与结构动力学》(EESD)上;改进了目前国际上流行的大圆弧方法,给出了表面圆弧凹陷和盆地的精确解,指出了国外已有研究成果存在的问题,并作
Approved by the leading group of “National Talents Project”, a total of 397 outstanding young experts have become the first and second tier candidates for the second batch of “Millions of Talents Project” this year. So far, the total number of candidates for the “National Talents Project” has reached 1,077. Dr. Yuan Xiaoming Born in Changchun City, Jilin Province in March 1963, he is currently a researcher and a director of geotechnical engineering research institute of Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration. Yuan Xiaoming graduated from Mechanics Department of Mathematics Department of Jilin University in 1984 and graduated from Institute of Engineering Mechanics of China Seismological Bureau in 1987 and 1994. He obtained his master’s and doctoral degrees successively and worked at the Postdoctoral Fellow of Harbin Jianzhu University from 1994 to 1996. The main research results of Yuan Xiaoming are as follows: Solving the problem of elastic wave scattering in the convex region gives the only two exact solutions currently in the world.
