网络就是未来,未来不容有失。基于全球互联网的电子商务就像一副正在徐徐展开、一望无际的美丽画卷,每一寸都孕育着无限商机;如果不深刻认识它、跟上它,就会被无情地抛在时代潮流的浪花中。网络之于银行,尤其如此。近年来,我国电子商务市场和非金融机构支付平台正以前所未有的速度飞速发展,使得实体经济和传统商业模式正在巨变,这对商业银行而言,既蕴含着无限商机,也面临着对原有经营方式的巨大挑战,甚至是金融脱媒的替代。近年来,工商银行浙江省分行牢牢抓住电子商务所蕴含的巨大金融资源和市场空间,充分利用浙江省在全国电子商务市场的领军地位,将其作为加快经营模式和增长方式转型的战略切入点,主动适应电子商务潮流,加大产品创新力度,延伸产品链和拓展服务面,在拓展电子商务市场方面取得了一定的成绩。为了及时总结浙江省分行的成功经验和做法,本刊记者在省分行办公室和特约通讯员的协助下,专访了浙江分行行长沈荣勤,在省行召开了座谈会,并赴金华和义乌调研采访。希望他们的成功经验和做法能够对全行具有一定的借鉴意义,有助于全行更好地开展此项工作。
