从水利部于7月13日组织召开2016年第6次中央水利建设投资计划执行月调度视频会商会上传出信息,全国各地上半年已经落实水利建设投资5898亿元,占年度计划落实投资总额的88.6%,并已经超出去年投资总规模。截至6月底,中央水利投资计划执行各项指标均完成较好,投资计划分解下达率、项目开工率、投资完成率均为历史最高,其中年度中央水利投资计划完成率31.2%,同比提高10.9个百分点。
