1980年作者在新疆伊宁市哈萨克族人中发现一例α链慢速异常Hb携带者。其异常Hb的电泳迁移率(pH8.6)比HbA慢,相当于C组,但比HbA_2快。含量为11.39％。化学结构分析证实为HbO Indonesia(α116Glu→Lys)。这在全国是第二例报道,在新疆是首例。
In 1980, the author found a case of chronic abnormality of α-chain Hb carrier among Kazak people in Yining, Xinjiang. The abnormal Hb electrophoretic mobility (pH8.6) slower than HbA, equivalent to the C group, but faster than HbA_2. The content is 11.39%. Chemical structure analysis confirmed HbO Indonesia (α116Glu → Lys). This is the second case reported in the whole country and the first case in Xinjiang.
