一、现状常听同事抱怨:“一道题刚刚讲过不久,考试时,遇到相类似的题,还是有这么多同学做错?”“这个知识点是我平时经常强调的,学生还是不会。”不知不觉,这些抱怨逐渐积累,甚至演变成一种“厌教”情绪,长期下去,教师会产生挫折感和不满意感。这样的情绪对自己的教学是非常不利的,甚至可能会形成恶性循环。当务之急,试图从“变”入手,打破常规,从而提高课堂教学的有效性。二、思考与策略1.教学方式——需要“变”传统的课堂教学一切都是预设好的
