中国的法学教育是一种职业教育,以培养合格的应用型人才为目标。法律事务专业教学中,更应重视实践教学环节。法学属于应用性很强的学科,实践教学是法学人才培养的基本途径和有机组成部分。实践教学是法学专业教学的重要组成部分,贯穿、渗透于法学教育的全部过程,是针对专业思维训练、职业伦理修养和实践能力培养的法学教学方式。
China’s legal education is a kind of vocational education aimed at cultivating qualified and applied talents. Law teaching, should pay more attention to practical teaching. Law belongs to a highly applied subject, and practical teaching is the basic way and an integral part of legal science personnel training. Practice teaching is an important part of law teaching, which runs through and penetrates into the whole process of law education. It is a law teaching method aimed at cultivating professional thinking, professional ethics and practical abilities.
