目的观察维奥欣治疗８８例无症状心肌缺血微循环改变。方法用国产ＬＷＢ—１型微循环显微镜，ＧＰ—９０００动态心电图分析系统进行检测分析。结果维奥欣对改善无症状心肌缺血微循环改变疗效确切。管襻密度、红细胞聚集、微栓、流速以及形态分值、流态分值、襻局分值、总积分值与治疗前相比均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０． ０５，Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论微循环改变也是无症状性心肌缺血发生的病理基础之一，提示改善微循环也是治疗隐匿型冠心病的一个重要方面。
Objective To observe the change of ischemic microcirculation in 88 patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia treated with vitamin Aoxin. Methods Domestic LWB-1 microcirculation microscope, GP-9000 Holter analysis system for detection analysis. The results Wei Aoxin improvement of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia and microcirculation change effect is exact. There were significant differences in the density of tube, erythrocyte aggregation, micro-embolus, flow velocity and morphological score, fluid flow score, exaltation score and total score as compared with those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0. 01). Conclusion Microcirculation changes are also the pathological basis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia, suggesting that improving microcirculation is also an important aspect of the treatment of occult coronary heart disease.
