Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court is located in the bustling downtown area, next to the city government square, the appearance of new office buildings, the magnificent solemn majesty, reflecting the Court’s law enforcement just and dignified image. However, ordinary people in Shenyang do not agree with this. They have made many criticisms of what the city’s courts have done.
