介绍矿井提升微机控制系统设计方案及其工作原理。该系统是在原TKD电控系统的基础上,以速度环为主,电流环起监测保护作用的双闭环控制系统实现控制的。该系统的打点信号和深度指示均采用数字显示电路,同时增加了上行排道、松绳等保护。
Describes the design scheme and its working principle of mine upgrading microcomputer control system. The system is based on the original TKD electronic control system, based on the speed loop, the current loop monitoring and protection of dual closed-loop control system to achieve control. The system RBI signal and depth instructions are used digital display circuit, while increasing the uplink channel, slack rope and other protection.
