该办公室项目位于浙江省杭州八卦田西侧,是由一处旧建筑改造而来。虽然基地拥有良好的室外自然景观条件,但原有建筑内部阴暗压抑,已有结构的一层层高3.3米,梁下高度2.6米,空间比例相对低矮;二层空间的高度具有优势,但上、下层的联系较弱,原有建筑的双层特点也并没有展现出来。建筑师戴璞接到这个项目后,希望彻底对其进行改造,让上下层联系起来,不只是在空间上,也是在未来使用者的心
The office project is located on the west side of Bagua Tian in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and was remodeled from an old building. Although the base has good outdoor natural landscape conditions, the interior of the original building is gloomy and depressing. The height of the existing structure is 3.3 meters and the height of the beam is 2.6 meters. The height of the space is relatively low. The height of the second floor has advantages, Upper and lower links are weak, the original double-decker features of the building did not show up. After receiving this project, architect Dai Pu hopes to transform it completely so that the upper and lower layers will be linked, not only in space but also in the minds of future users
