宫颈癌是全球妇女中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,占女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤的首位。目前,从分子水平探索宫颈癌的发病机理,寻找早期诊断、有效治疗和预后评估的新靶点是国内外研究学者关注的热点问题。环氧合酶(COX)是近年来肿瘤研究中的一个热点,并且COX-2抑制剂有望成为肿瘤治疗新的靶点。本文就COX-2致癌机理及其与宫颈癌的相关性作一综述。
Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors among women in the world and occupies the first place of female genital malignancies. At present, exploring the pathogenesis of cervical cancer at the molecular level and finding new targets for early diagnosis, effective treatment and prognosis evaluation are hot issues that researchers at home and abroad pay close attention to. Cyclooxygenase (COX) is a hotspot in tumor research in recent years, and COX-2 inhibitor is expected to become a new target of tumor therapy. This article reviews the carcinogenic mechanism of COX-2 and its correlation with cervical cancer.
