由河海大学和安徽省陈村水电站联合研制的HC—1型微机调速器于92年8月正正投运,已安全运行至今。受能源部科技司委托、由安徽省电力局主持,于1993年4月22日在陈村水电站召开了技术鉴定会,来自电力部科技司、中电联、能源部水电设备质检中心、国家能源投资公司成套设备局、长委会长江控制设备研究所、南京自动化研究所、武汉水利电力大学、河海大学、华东电管局、广西电力局、安徽省电力局、安徽省电力试验研究所、富春江水电设备总厂、陈村水电站的专家和有关技术人员,经过对资料认真审查和现场运行情况的全面了解后,认为:
The HC-1 microcomputer governor jointly developed by Hohai University and Chencun Hydropower Station of Anhui Province was put into operation in August, 92 and has operated safely till now. Entrusted by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Energy and moderated by the Anhui Provincial Electric Power Bureau, a technical appraisal meeting was held on April 22, 1993 at the Chencun Hydropower Station, from the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Electric Power, the CEC, the Quality Inspection Center for Hydroelectric Equipment of the Ministry of Energy, Equipment Bureau of Energy Investment Co., Ltd., Changjiang Control Equipment Institute of Yangtze River Commission, Nanjing Institute of Automation, Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering, Hohai University, East China Electric Power Authority, Guangxi Electric Power Bureau, Anhui Provincial Electric Power Authority, Anhui Electric Power Research Institute , Fuchunjiang Hydropower Equipment Plant, Chencun hydropower station experts and technical personnel, after careful review of the data and on-site operation of a comprehensive understanding of the situation, that:
