20世纪后半叶“交叉学科”这个新名词进入人们视域,随后一部分人开始将舞蹈教育与运动医学、心理学、生理学等自然学科和人文学科相结合实现了学科交融,学科交融为舞蹈教育带来教学方法的革新与教学质量的提高等方面引起了更多人的关注,舞蹈教育理论与实践从此朝着多元化方向发展。本文基于舞蹈剧目排练课的发展需求及笔者在培养舞蹈人才方面的认识,提出将舞蹈身心训练运用于剧目排练课中的思路与方法。试析舞蹈身心训练在剧目排练课中对舞蹈人才的培养作用,以促进高校舞蹈教育发展。
In the second half of the 20th century, the new term of “interdisciplinary” entered the field of vision. Then some people began to integrate the disciplines of dance education with natural sciences such as sports medicine, psychology and physiology and the humanities to integrate disciplines into Dance education has brought more attention to the innovation of teaching methods and improvement of teaching quality. The theory and practice of dance education have been diversified since then. Based on the development needs of dance rehearsal classes and the author’s understanding of cultivating dance talents, this article puts forward the idea and method of applying dance physical and mental training to rehearsal classes of repertory. An Analysis of the Cultivation Function of Dancing Physical and Psychological Training for Dance Talents in Rehearsal of Repertory to Promote the Development of Dancing Education in Colleges and Universities.
