股改进入重点推进阶段,大市值公司的股改方案和时间预期成为市场关注的焦点。因此我们选取了总市值超过100亿元的50家上市公司作为测算样本,以期明确大市值公司的股改方向,明确大市值公司的对价预期。
Share reform into the key phase of progress, the company’s share capital reform program and time is expected to become the focus of the market. Therefore, we selected 50 listed companies with a total market value of more than 10 billion yuan as a sample for the purpose of clarifying the direction of the share reform of the large-cap company and clarifying the consideration of the large-cap company.
