第十七届中央纪委第四次、第五次全会明确提出了提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平的要求,中央纪委、监察部还专门组织力量,对这一课题进行了深入调研。在此基础上,2010年9月2日,全国纪检监察系统提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平理论研讨会在河北省唐山市召开,与会领导和专家学者交流了研究成果和工作体会。现将部分发言进行摘编,供读者参考借鉴。
The Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection clearly put forth the requirement of raising the level of building a scientific anti-corruption campaign. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry of Supervision also devoted their efforts to conducting an in-depth investigation of this issue. On this basis, on September 2, 2010, the National Discipline Inspection and Supervision System held a seminar on raising the level of scientific research on combating corruption and building a clean government in Tangshan, Hebei Province.
